How We Created "SIMPLE"
Our Founder Nick spent 7+ years as a Manufacturing Engineer in the hot tub industry, designing & manufacturing spas then in 2022 he founded Ocean Spas a spa service business, In the field after repairing 100s of brands and 1000s of spas he realized most hot tubs are not designed from lifelong serviceability perspective but to look fancy in the showroom and sometimes even to break after 3-5 years for after sales purchases. With this unique experience Nick and our team worked with a manufacturing company and designed "SIMPLE" that just provides strong massage and lasts lifelong with forever easy serviceability.
We say, keep these 3 things in mind when you buy a hot tub. 1. Structure 2. Plumbing 3. Parts.
1. Structure - Strong structure of extra thick acrylic fiber glass shell + Stainless steel body + Fiberglass bottom means least chances of structure any damage after decades of usage
2. Plumbing - Simplest plumbing with least amount of glue joints for least probable leakage failure in decades of usage. extra water features like fountain, waterfall, diverters forces plumbing to be crowded that leads to leakage failures. foamed insulation creates mess in times of leakage and also are expensive to repair while spas with removable insulation are life long serviceable.
3. Parts - Most of spa manufacturers uses same suppliers for components such as control system, pumps, jet rings and pillows, these standard parts are easily available online from all retailers and are very easy to find when in need for replacement. few top brands uses proprietary components and are very hard to find when replacement needed at 15+ years down the road.
in 2023 We built "SIMPLE 1.0" from this principle. 3rd version later and 100s of SIMPLEs sold, We proudly say SIMPLE IS BEST QUALITY HOT TUB IN THE WORLD.
