Story of Our Engineer Nick and His “Designed to last forever” spa model “Aristro - The Best”
Nick has worked as an Engineer in Hot tub industry for 8 years and has been in repair field for about 5 years,Nick had Unique Experience of Designing spas as an engineer and Repairing spas in the field, He figured out most of the reasons people throw away their old hot tubs and Designed a very simple but powerful hot tub which has very minimum chances of needing repair and if it does need repair, it is easy to repair it.
How we Designed Aristro to last it forever
Expensive repairs and constant breaking down of hot tubs is the major reason People throw away their hot tubs after warranty ends and following features of “Aristro” makes it a forever spa
- Single piece steel frame + shell + pan + Equipment aka permanent structure
- All Equipments, shell and Pan all sits on steel frame and creates a one piece structure.
- Thick Fiberglass pan + Thick Fiberglass shell
- Thicker shell then normal spas to prevent cracking in shell after 15 years and Fiberglass Thick bottom pan to prevent water damage in the structure
- In Engineering terms Higher factor of safety used then normal in structure making it an actual forever spa by eliminating fatigue failures after years of use.
